1. About these terms

These terms govern Eternal Hero, its online services, official webshop and the rivvy.games website, provided by Rivvy Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Sti. (Rivvy, we, us). By using these services, you agree to these terms.

If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Apple, Google Play, Xsolla and other services you use may have their own applicable terms.

2. Your account

Keep your device and linked sign-in accounts secure. Do not buy, sell, share or transfer game accounts, or use someone else's account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Keep a record of your player ID for support. Access to an unlinked guest account may be lost if you remove its local data or lose your device. Linking a supported sign-in account helps you recover access.

3. Fair play and conduct

When using the game or our community features:

• Do not use cheats, modified clients, bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers or other gameplay automation. Do not deliberately exploit bugs or bypass game restrictions.
• Do not distribute cheats or instructions for abusing exploits. Report exploits and suspected cheating privately to us or the moderation team.
• Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate others, or share another person's private information.
• Do not post sexual or other inappropriate content, spam, scams or malicious links, or evade chat filters or moderation restrictions.
• Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse purchases, refunds or rewards.

Follow the posted rules for the community channels you use. These also apply to in-game chat where relevant.

4. Purchases and virtual items

Use only official purchase channels: the game's supported stores and the official Eternal Hero webshop. Prices and purchase conditions are shown before checkout. You must have permission to use the payment method.

Virtual currency and items provide rights to use digital content within the game. They are not redeemable for cash from Rivvy. Do not sell or trade them for real money or transfer them outside features expressly provided by Rivvy. This does not limit any refund rights you have.

For purchase problems or refunds, use the support process for Apple, Google Play or Xsolla, depending on where you paid. You can also contact us with your player ID and transaction details. Refunds and cancellations follow applicable law and the provider's terms; these terms do not remove your statutory rights.

5. Content and ownership

The game, its code, artwork, music and trademarks belong to Rivvy or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal right to use the game under these terms. Do not copy, redistribute, sell or reverse-engineer the game except with permission or where the law allows it.

You keep any rights you have in content you submit, such as chat messages. You give us permission to host, display and process that content as needed to operate and moderate the services. Only share content you have the right to share.

6. Updates and availability

We may update features, balance, content and technical requirements to maintain and improve the game. You may need a supported device, an internet connection and the latest game version. Your network provider's charges are your responsibility.

Maintenance, faults or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt access. If we discontinue a service or make changes that materially affect access to purchased content, we will provide notice and any remedies required by applicable law.

7. Moderation and account closure

For rule violations, fraud or security risks, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or permanently ban accounts. We consider the seriousness and repetition of the conduct and may act immediately where needed to protect players or the service.

If you believe an action was mistaken, contact info@rivvy.games with your player ID and relevant details for review. Do not evade restrictions using another account.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, refund rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. You keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring a complaint or claim available under the law that applies to you.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the game, our services or legal requirements. The date above shows the latest revision. For material changes, we will provide any notice and obtain any agreement required by applicable law before those changes apply.
