Rivvy Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Sti. (Rivvy, we, us) is responsible for the processing described in this policy. It covers Eternal Hero, its online game services and official webshop, the rivvy.games website, and related player support.
You can play as a guest without registering an email address. We still process information linked to your player ID and device, as described below.

5. Where information is processed
Rivvy is based in Türkiye. Our main game server and database are hosted by Hetzner in Finland. Some connections may be routed through Singapore.
The providers listed above may also process information in other countries, as described in their privacy notices. International transfers are subject to applicable data-protection requirements. Contact us for information about transfers relevant to your account.
6. Retention and deletion
Chat and login-history records expire after the periods below and are removed during routine database cleanup. These periods apply to the active game database; separate records and backups are described below.

Account and progress data, the latest account IP address, purchases, reports and moderation records are retained separately for service operation, support, security and legal requirements. They do not share a fixed automatic-deletion period. Providers apply their own retention policies. Deleted information may remain in backups until those backups are replaced.
Full account deletion: email info@rivvy.games with your player ID to request deletion of your account and associated personal data. We need your player ID to locate your account and process your request.
Uninstalling the app or unlinking an account does not delete your records. We review deletion requests against applicable retention requirements.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, copy, correct or delete your information; restrict or object to processing; transfer your data; withdraw consent; or opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information. Legal conditions and exceptions may apply.
Send requests to info@rivvy.games. Include your player ID for account-related requests. We may need to verify account ownership or a representative's authority and will respond within the applicable legal deadline. Never send passwords or full payment-card details. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
You can manage available advertising choices through the game's privacy menu and tracking controls on your device. These settings do not necessarily stop all analytics or information processing needed to operate the game. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
8. Children
Processing children's personal information may require consent from a parent or legal guardian under applicable law. Parents and legal guardians can contact info@rivvy.games to exercise rights concerning their child's information or report a concern about its collection or use. We will review the request and take action as required by applicable law.
9. Website, analytics and local storage
GitHub Pages hosts this website and processes connection information. The privacy-policy and terms pages do not use analytics or advertising scripts.
The game stores settings, authentication and some advertising-attribution information on your device. Third-party game services may use app, device or advertising identifiers, depending on your platform and privacy settings.
10. Security
Account authentication and service access controls help protect the information used by the game. No service or method of storage can guarantee complete security. Keep access to your device and linked accounts secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access to your game account.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. For material changes, we provide any additional notice or choices required by applicable law.

3. Sign-in and purchases
Unity Authentication supports guest accounts and optional sign-in with Apple, Google Play Games or Facebook. These services exchange authentication information to connect your accounts. Apple sign-in requests name and email permissions, and its authentication data may contain your email address.
Apple, Google Play and Xsolla process purchases under their own terms and privacy notices. We receive and store purchase-verification records and payment notifications, which may include contact information supplied by the payment provider.
